Two operators feed one fixture each.
Feed the R-1000 manual with blocks and boards in the left fixture. Put in the ready left legs in the right assembly fixture, and finally put a compete deck on the top. R-1000 nails together three legs and one complete pallet at the same time.

IM Hart has various additional options of machinery and fittings that easy can be docked on to other machines and still preserve the flexibility of the sizes and verities of pallets that goes through the machines.
